Bagèt Sant Dans Ayiti Inc was born from a conviction that Haitian dance is one of the world's most powerful and underrepresented art forms — a living archive of resistance, spirituality, and joy.
Since 2018, we've grown from a local initiative into a bridge between Haiti and its diaspora — expanding our programming in 2020 and extending our reach into diaspora communities by 2022. Today, our two flagship programs, BITASYON and GOUYAD, carry that mission forward.
We do not merely teach steps. We pass down a tradition — with every lesson, workshop, and residency, we ensure that Haitian movement culture survives and thrives for generations to come.
